Common questions
Before you call
Do I need a repair or a replacement?
We look at moisture in the insulation, the condition of the field membrane, and where the failures are occurring. The assessment shows whether a focused repair still makes financial sense.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. A single failed curb or drain is a normal service call.
Can you work on a roof still under warranty?
Tell us the manufacturer and warranty status before repairs begin. Some repairs must go through the manufacturer to keep coverage intact. We will identify those requirements before pricing the repair.
Request a roof assessment
Send the address, property type, and the condition you are seeing. We will explain what the first visit should cover and which records you will receive.
