The company
Built on fixing problems others can't
Anthony Avagliano spent more than twenty-five years in commercial roofing before starting Quantum. The problems that shaped the company were stubborn leaks that kept returning after other contractors couldn't fix them. They called us, and we got the job done.
Those customers later called Quantum for maintenance, restoration, replacement, and construction roofing. The company grew around the needs of the buildings it already served.
We are based in West Chester, PA and serve commercial properties across the Mid-Atlantic.

What happens during a roof assessment?
We walk the roof, photograph what we find, and look at the details that fail first: seams, flashing, curbs, penetrations, and drains. Then you get a written summary with the problems sorted by how soon they need attention.
Can work be scheduled around tenants and building operations?
Yes. Most roofing happens while the building stays open. Before the crew arrives, we plan access, tenant notice, noise, parking, and phasing.
What documentation do you provide after a job?
Photos tied to roof areas, a description of what was done, notes on anything we recommend watching, and closeout paperwork or warranty registration where the project calls for it.
