Ask us for the current insurance, safety, licensing, or manufacturer documents required for your property or bid.
Verify the documents that matter
A badge or certification name has value only when the issuing body, holder, and current status are clear. We provide the documents tied to your job or vendor requirements.
If you need certificates of insurance, a W-9, safety documentation, or proof of a specific approval for a bid package, ask and we will send them.

Documents and qualifications
Manufacturer approvals
Approved contractor status with the manufacturers whose systems we install, which is what allows a system warranty to be issued on a completed roof.
NRCA ProCertification
A national certification held by individual roofers, not by companies. Where our people hold it, we will name the person and the certification.
CERTA
Certified Roofing Torch Applicator training, required for torch-applied roofing. We list it when a project includes a torch-applied system.
OSHA training
Course completion cards and job-specific safety training, including fall protection and any site orientation a facility requires.
Licensing and registration
Contractor licenses or registrations for the states and municipalities where they are required.
Insurance and bonding
General liability and workers' compensation coverage, plus bonding capacity for projects that call for it. Certificates go out on request.
Industry memberships
Trade associations we belong to, listed with the membership year.
