Quantum started with recurring commercial roof leaks and grew into maintenance, restoration, replacement, and construction roofing.
Where the company came from
Anthony Avagliano spent more than twenty-five years in commercial roofing before starting Quantum. He kept seeing the same problem: a leak was patched near the ceiling stain, then returned because the opening in the roof was somewhere else.
Water can travel along deck flutes, insulation joints, and steel before it reaches the interior. The wet spot and the entry point may be far apart. Finding the source takes a careful walk, a wider search area, and testing when the surface does not tell the whole story.
Quantum built its service department around that process. Property managers began calling with recurring leaks, then brought us back for maintenance and larger projects.
How Quantum grew
Those customers began asking for condition reports, scheduled maintenance, restoration options, and replacement plans. Quantum added each service as the buildings required it.
Today the company handles repair, preventive maintenance, inspections, restoration, replacement, and roofing for commercial construction and tenant fit-outs. Leak calls remain a core part of the business.
