Who we work for
The property determines the plan. Occupants, access, operating hours, safety rules, and reporting needs all shape the roofing scope.
The building sets the constraints
A plant may need production to continue. A property manager needs a report for the owner. A school has a reopening date. A general contractor has other trades waiting for dry-in.
Those conditions set the access plan, roofing hours, phases, and closeout records.
Commercial Real Estate and Property Management
Property managers, building owners, and real estate companies running one building or forty.

Working with us
Do you work on a portfolio rather than one building?
Yes. We can use one schedule and reporting format across multiple addresses, which makes roof conditions easier to compare during budget planning.
Can you meet our vendor requirements?
Send us the requirements. We regularly provide insurance certificates and safety documents, complete background checks, and attend site orientation.
My property type is not listed. Do you still work on it?
Probably. The list covers what we see most, not everything. Call and describe the building.
Request a roof assessment
Send the address, property type, and the condition you are seeing. We will explain what the first visit should cover and which records you will receive.
